I am so excited that October is finally here.  Not only is the weather cooler, but the leaves are changing to all the pretty colors that I love so much.  Bring on the warm sweaters, hot cocoa, and smore’s.  Fall/Autumn is my favorite time of year.

It’s no wonder I started my Scentsy journey 6 years ago this month.   I am so excited to be celebrating my 6th year with such an awesome company.  Scentsy has always cared dearly for their consultants and worked hard to help them be successful.  It has been an honor and a pleasure the see them continue to grow and learn to anticipate the market.  Their sense of style and decorum never fail to amaze me.  We have some of the most awsome warmers on the market available starting today.  No matter what your taste and style, we have a warmer to match.  But more than that….

Scent.  Scent is a powerful sense.  It invokes childhood memories and allows us to re-live those special moments in our lives.  This is something that Scentsy has understood from the beginning 13 years ago.  I still remember smelling my first scent from them, BLACK RASPBERRY VANILLA.  I immediately was transformed back to my childhood, playing with my Strawberry Shortcake dolls with the neighborhood kids.  I remember all the fun we had “driving” the dolls to their business meetings and shopping for that special outfit.  Heck we even went camping in the basement :).  But the feeling of peace and tranqulity, a simpler time is what I felt as I relived that moment in time.  

Fast-forward to today.  I still anticipate with great excitement the new monthly scents and can hardly wait to get them.  This months scent, PUMPKIN CINNAMON SWIRL, is a delictable treat for the senses.  Part of what I love about Autumn is the smells associated with it.  Burning leaves, getting started with holiday baking, and the comfort foods bubbling away in the crockpots and on the stoves of my childhood.  Fresh pumpkin pie garnished with a cinnamon stick and a dollop of whipped cream.  One of my favorite desserts of the season is brought to life with PUMPKIN CINNAMON SWIRL.  Sometimes a scent is so awesome you want to horde it and not share with anyone.  That is how I feel about this months scent.  I have 10 bars on hand and I want to keep them all :).

Happy Smelling  

I absoulutely LOVE mine.  I take it every where I go.  My favorite place to use it is in the car.  As a homeschool mom of 4 and a dog we travel A LOT.  During the summer months we head to the beach often.  We love playing in the water, building in the sand and just hanging in the warm summer sun.  But all that can lead to some pretty rank smells for the ride home, especially a wet dog.  But I just turn on my SCENTSY GO! and all the bad smells are eliminated.  I can enjoy the ride home as much as I enjoyed the day at the beach.  

Because it lights up and is color changing, it works great as a night light too.  My twin girls are still afraid of the dark, so they have one in their room at night.  What’s really great it that the Scentsy GO will shut off after 3 hours, saving battery life.  If they wake up, they can just push the button again turn it back on.  No more coming into my room and waking me…no more spilled wax or broken warmer lids because they knocked it off in the middle of the night.  It’s a product made for kids
